The Siena Bistro’s Executive Chef, Dan Concepcion brings 5 years of experience to the culinary team. Chef Dan has traveled across the states and has been affiliated with places like the Lone Star Roadhouse Cafe in Manhattan, the Marriott at the IBM Conference Center in Palisades, New York, Spook Rock Golf Course in New Jersey, The Excalibur Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and most recently at The Regent Las Vegas.
